I'm so fucking proud of myself! I starting doing myfitnesspal in Jan and I was on and off again and then I finally started to stick with it, and I've been doing so well with it. I was originally 332lbs when I first started and I weighed myself today and I am 309! that's a total of 23lbs. My biggest goal is to get down below 300lbs!! I cannot wait for that just a few more weeks! I went down 3 pant sizes too. I know this a long journey and it going to take at least 3 years before I am an average healthy weight. But I just keep telling myself it took 26 years to put on all this weight and I don't want to be this way anymore I want to be healthy,

I received such nice compliments today on my jewelry that people have bought from me. It always brings my confidence level up really high and makes me want to create more and more things. I mean of course I LOVE my things and stuff I make but it's different when friends and family like what you do because they aren't subjective. So, it's always nice to hear from a stranger. Thank you, guys, it really boosts my confidence :D
